Wills & Probate
Our Wills & Probate Department has been advising clients since the firm was formed in 1998. We deal with a range of matters varying in complexity from drafting the simplest of Wills to advising on dealing with large estates.
Whether you simply want to make a Will so that you have the peace of mind that your property will be dealt with in the future according to your wishes, or whether you require advice on tax efficient trusts, or on ways to deal with your assets during your lifetime to minimise your liability to Inheritance Tax, we are able to meet with you and offer the appropriate solutions. We will be happy to store your Will safely in our deeds store free of charge after it has been made.
As with everything we do at ODT, we will ensure that our friendly and informal approach extends to all of our Wills & Probate clients. We may be able to visit you in your home to discuss your Will with you confidentially if you are unable to attend our offices. We are happy to offer preferential rates to spouses or families that make their Wills at the same time.
