Residential Property and Conveyancing
Our Residential Property and Conveyancing Department is headed up by Rupert Taylor and deals with all aspects of the conveyancing process and residential property in general. This means that not only can we advise fully on all aspects of buying and selling your home, but we can also deal with variations to residential leases, trusts arising from the joint ownership of property and a whole lot more.
The principal aim of our Residential Property and Conveyancing Department is to remain focused on the simple fact that buying and selling your family home is often the biggest financial commitment you will ever make, and can be the cause of more stress than almost anything else you are likely to do in your lifetime.
It is for this reason that all of our solicitors have dedicated phone lines, voicemail and email addresses. This means that you will be able to make personal contact with the solicitor dealing with your transaction whenever there is something that you want to discuss.
Whether you are buying or selling (or both) we will also meet with you at the outset of the transaction and explain to you the entire process and discuss our fees and timeframes in a way that is easy for you to understand as well as keeping you in the picture as the transaction unfolds.
In addition, as a client of our Residential Property and Conveyancing Department, you will also be issued with a unique client ID and password at the start of your transaction. You will be able to use these to access your personal key dates checklist on our website so that you can monitor the progress of your sale or purchase 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
