Recruitment 
Students will know that most law firms will recruit a fixed number of Trainee Solicitors in September or March each year. Whilst ODT Solicitors LLP will try to take on at least one or two Trainee Solicitors per year, we do not adopt such a rigid approach to taking on new talented members of staff.
ODT Solicitors LLP are happy to welcome applications from people looking to begin a career in Law from all backgrounds at any time of the year.
Generally speaking, successful applicants will be friendly, dynamic individuals with good personal skills, a strong team spirit, diverse interests and a sound academic background. We welcome applications from any University students who have obtained at least a 2:1 at degree level and a commendation at the first time of asking on the LPC and / or CPE.
ODT Solicitors LLP do not operate a secretary based system of work and therefore applicants should also be organised and have good IT skills.
