Our Personal Injury Department acts mostly for individuals who are the unfortunate victims of accidents as opposed to insurance companies, and also offers Conditional Fee Agreements ("No Win - No Fee"). We have dealt with countless Personal Injury cases ranging from small claims for whiplash injuries in the County Court, to seven figure claims in the High Court.
