Our firm enjoys an established reputation in the field of Landlord & Tenant Law and is now recognised as one of the leading firms of solicitors practising this area of law in the South.
As specialists in Landlord & Tenant Law we act for landlords and tenants in almost equal measure and are therefore able to offer detailed and comprehensive advice on a variety of matters including the following:

- Applications to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal & County Court

In addition, the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002 introduced an entirely new concept to tenants experiencing problems with the management of their building, namely the right to manage their building themselves. We have been advising tenants and Residents Associations alike on the ways in which they can invoke these new rights since the Act came into force in 2003 and can draw on a wealth of experience in this regard.
Our Landlord & Tenant Department also boasts two members of LEASE (the Leasehold Advisory Service) in Jeremy Donegan and Paul Barnes who additionally advise the Brighton & Hove District Leaseholders Association on a voluntary basis on all areas of Landlord & Tenant Law.
