Business Law
ODT Solicitors LLP’s team of Business Lawyers is based in its Brighton office and is managed by Charles Fuente, who has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of business law.
The department advises on all aspects of commercial and company law and acts in a wide range of corporate and corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, take-overs, disposals, equity fund-raising, joint ventures and management buyouts.
In addition to acting for companies, both small and large, he also acts for partnerships, LLPs and sole traders.
